ATELIER Playa Mujeres is an adults-only, all-suite all-inclusive built around Mexican art and design. Set inside the private Playa Mujeres complex north of Cancún, between the Caribbean and an 18-hole Greg Norman golf course, its 593 suites are finished in marble and wood, with standard junior suites of 59 m².
Dining spans 13 restaurants, two coffee shops and a dozen bars, led by chef Edgar Núñez's María Dolores, rated Five-Star by Forbes Travel Guide (at extra cost). INSPIRA suites add a private lounge, a reserved beach section and the rooftop infinity pool — and, in selected categories, a personal butler.

What is the minimum age?
Guests must be 16 or older, as ATELIER Playa Mujeres is adults only. The reservation holder must be 18 at check-in and present valid photo ID.
Is butler service included for every suite?
No. Personalized butler service is included only in selected INSPIRA categories, such as INSPIRA Junior Suite Ocean Front, Swim Out Ocean View, Corner, Rooftop, Business, Party and Master Suite Oceanfront.
What does the all-inclusive plan not cover?
María Dolores, private dinners, wines from the Wine Spectator-awarded list, NUUP Spa, golf green fees, motorized water sports, Pet-It and special events are charged separately. INSPIRA guests receive some of these as benefits.
How far is the resort from Cancún airport, and is the transfer included?
The resort is 30 km away, about 45 minutes by road. Transfers can be arranged for an extra charge, and some rates include them.
Which suites have a private or plunge pool?
INSPIRA Junior Suite Swim Out and Swim Out Ocean View open onto a semi-private pool lane. Outdoor plunge pools come with the INSPIRA Junior Suite Ocean Front, Terrace, Corner, Rooftop, Party and Master Suite Oceanfront categories.
Does seaweed affect the beach?
The resort works to keep its beach clear of seaweed, and arrivals tend to be less frequent along this stretch of coast. Conditions vary by season.
Are tips required?
No. Service is included in the all-inclusive rate, so any tip is at your discretion.
