Overview

Why we recommend Hotel Xcaret México

Grupo Xcaret's first hotel opened in December 2017 between the Maya jungle and the Caribbean, with coves, rivers and caves running through its grounds. Since its 2025 expansion it has 1,800 suites in 10 Casas, each designed for a different kind of traveler — young families, teens, adults, groups and wellness.

The expansion added waterslides, 16 pools and around 20 restaurants by guest chefs. The All-Fun Inclusive plan covers airport transport and unlimited visits to parks such as Xcaret, Xel-Há and Xplor, while adults-only Casa Fuego has its own reception and a rooftop infinity pool.

  • Natural coves, rivers, caves and jungle run through the grounds, with eco-integrated architecture designed to blend into the landscape.
  • All-Fun Inclusive brings unlimited visits, with transport, to Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoxi, Xenses and the Xenotes tour.
  • Since the 2025 expansion, 1,800 suites fill 10 Casas, each for a different traveler: young families, teens, adults, groups or wellness seekers.
  • HA', chef Carlos Gaytán's tasting-menu restaurant in Casa Tierra, holds one MICHELIN Star (2026); it is adults only and charged separately.
  • The 2025 expansion added waterslides, 16 pools, new rooftops and around 20 restaurants by guest chefs.
  • Xcaret Xailing ferries between Cancún and Isla Mujeres and between Playa del Carmen and Cozumel are included, as is the Xcaret Catamarán tour.
  • Adults-only Casa Fuego has its own reception, gym and Italian-Mexican restaurant, plus a rooftop with an infinity pool and swimming lane.
  • Muluk Spa sits among caves, rivers and gardens, with a family spa area for children 6 and up; treatments are extra.
